Refund policy

Effective 1 November 2026.

Online courses

• Full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase and have watched two paid lessons or fewer. Free lessons do not count.
• After 7 days, or once you have watched three or more paid lessons, the purchase is not refundable, because the content has been delivered.
• Early-access courses: the same rule applies from the purchase date, regardless of how many lessons were published at the time.
• If a course is withdrawn before it is completed, every purchaser is refunded in full.

How to request

Email support@connectingdocs.net from the address used at checkout (or reply to your confirmation email). KRW refunds go back to the original card via Toss Payments; USD refunds are issued by Polar to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 3–10 business days depending on the card issuer.

In-person course seats

• If the clinic cancels or the group does not reach the minimum, the seat payment is refunded in full.
• If you cancel after paying, the refund depends on how close the course date is; the conditions are stated in your confirmation email before you pay.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first; we resolve refund requests directly. Disputes opened without contact may delay the refund.
