Terms of service

Effective 1 November 2026. These terms govern the use of connectingdocs.net ("the site"), operated by NRB Global (엔알비 글로벌), representative Narabo Han, business registration no. 643-27-02175, Seoul, Republic of Korea ("we").

1. What we provide

• Online courses: video lessons, quizzes and certificates of completion for clinic teams, sold as a one-time purchase per course. Access does not expire unless stated on the course page.
• In-person courses in Seoul: application, group confirmation and seat payment for courses taught by partner physicians at their own clinics. The clinic delivers the course; we coordinate applications, scheduling and payment.
• Free lectures: public videos that require no account.

2. Accounts

Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. Sign-in is by email link; keep that mailbox secure. One purchase is for one learner and may not be shared. Clinic seat licences (multiple learners) are a separate product.

3. Early access

Courses marked "Early access / Founding learners" are sold while lessons are still being released. The course page states how many lessons are available now and the date by which the full course is complete. Founding learners keep the founding price; no further payment is required for the remaining lessons.

4. Payment

KRW payments are processed by Toss Payments. USD payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record, which issues the invoice and handles applicable taxes. Prices shown include or exclude tax as stated at checkout.

5. Refunds

See the Refund policy. In summary: a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have watched two paid lessons or fewer.

6. Certificates

On completing all lessons and passing the final quiz you receive a Certificate of Completion. It records attendance and assessment on this site; it is not a licence, a medical qualification or a guarantee of clinical competence. Whether it counts toward continuing-education credit depends on your country's rules.

7. Content and conduct

Course content is for licensed professionals' education. It is not medical advice to patients and must not be presented as such. Do not record, download, redistribute or resell lessons, subtitles or materials. No treatment outcome is promised anywhere on this site.

8. In-person courses

Applications are reviewed for eligibility. A course opens when the minimum group confirms; dates are then set by the clinic. Payment confirms a seat. Travel, accommodation and insurance are your responsibility. If the clinic cancels, the seat payment is refunded in full.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not responsible for clinical decisions made after taking a course.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Questions: support@connectingdocs.net.
